On the constructive side, this doesn't look all that good. You should experiment with shading, although paint may not be the best program to add shading.

The best looking part is the face because its detail was virtually already there.

Oh, and the heart on the head doesn't look like it's in the center, maybe you could try moving it.

Humm, I see.
Well, I kinda didn't like how it looked either, so it I accept the constructive parts.

Now that you mention it, it DOESN'T look like it's in the center.

By the way, do you have any program suggestions for shading? I really do appreciate the advice, thanks. ^^;

Sorry for the incredibly late reply, I'm rarely on this account. :[

I'm no artist myself, but I have heard good things about Photoshop, if I ask "What program should I use for shading" someone would always reply "Photoshop".

If you happen to be a multi millionare, you can probably buy it, but if not, you could try pirating it, but that's completely up to you to decide.
